RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Right to cancel (UK & EU consumers)
You have 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your order to cancel without giving any reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. This is in addition to our commercial 30-day offer below.
2. Commercial return window (everyone)
We accept return or exchange requests within 30 days of the delivery date shown by the tracking record.
3. Eligibility conditions
- Item is unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as received.
- All original tags, hygiene stickers, dust-bags and packaging are intact.
- Footwear: soles must be un-scuffed; try on a carpeted surface only.
- Leather jackets: protective inner liner must still be in place.
Non-returnable: gift cards, personalised/customised items, clearance goods marked “final sale”.
4. How to start a return or exchange
- Email info@revofits.com with subject “Return Request” and include:
- Order number
- Which item(s) you are sending back
- Reason (helps us improve)
- Clear photos if the item is faulty or incorrect
- We will email you a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and our return warehouse address within 24 h.
- Write the RAN on the outside of the parcel and on a note inside.
5. Return shipping
- UK returns: we provide a prepaid Royal-Mail 2nd-class label by email (deducted from refund, max £4.50).
- International returns: customer arranges trackable service; we recommend Royal-Mail Intl Tracked or equivalent. Shipping cost is your responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
- Keep the tracking receipt until you receive confirmation from us.
6. Inspection & processing time
- Once the parcel reaches our warehouse we inspect it within 2 business days.
- If the item passes inspection we initiate:
- Refund – back to your original payment method, OR
- Exchange – we ship the new size/colour free of charge (UK) or at cost price (international).
- You will receive an email confirmation with a transaction or tracking number.
7. Refund timing

8. Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, faulty or wrong item we will:
- Pay for return shipping (we email you a prepaid label), AND
- Offer a full refund or a free replacement sent by express courier, your choice.
Please supply clear photos; this speeds up the process.
9. Late or missing refunds
If 10 business days have passed since our refund confirmation email:
- Check your bank/PayPal account again.
- Contact your credit-card company; processing time may be needed.
- If still unresolved, email us at info@revofits.com and we will issue a refund reference number for your bank to trace.
10. Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same steps as returns. Once we receive your item we ship the replacement within 2 business days and send you the new tracking number. If the requested size/colour is out of stock we will automatically issue a full refund instead.
11. Force-majeure
We are not liable for delayed refunds or exchanges caused by events outside our reasonable control (customs delays, courier strikes, natural disasters).
Returns & Refunds Policy At Revo Fits, we stand by the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your item was delivered.
12.Return Requirements Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
13.Return Shipping Costs
Faulty or Incorrect Items: If we made a mistake or the item is defective, Revo Fits will provide a pre-paid return label at no cost to you.
Customer Choice (Change of Mind/Sizing): For standard returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
14.Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. We do not charge any restocking fees.
