1. Order processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order-confirmation email immediately after checkout and a second email with tracking once the parcel leaves our warehouse.

2. Services & destinations

We ship worldwide using fully tracked courier services:

  • UK: Royal Mail Tracked 24 / 48, DHL Parcel UK or Evri.
  • USA & Canada: USPS, UPS or DHL Express.
  • EU: GLS, DPD or La Poste.
  • Rest of World: DHL Express, FedEx or SkyNet.

4. Shipping costs

  • UK orders £75+ – FREE Royal-Mail Tracked 48 (upgrade to 24 for £2.95).
  • UK orders under £75 – £3.95 Royal-Mail Tracked 48 or £5.95 Tracked 24.
  • USA / Canada orders $100+ – FREE DHL Express.
  • USA / Canada under $100 – $9.95 DHL Express.
  • EU orders €100+ – FREE DHL Parcel.
  • EU under €100 – €7.95 DHL Parcel.
  • Rest of World – calculated at checkout (DHL Express from £19.90).

5. Customs, duties & taxes

  • UK – VAT included at checkout; no extra fees.
  • USA – orders under $800 enter duty-free; we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) so no extra charges.
  • EU – we collect VAT at checkout (IOSS) so parcels clear customs with no additional fees.
  • Canada / Australia / Rest of World – local duties or GST may be levied by customs; these are the customer’s responsibility and will be payable to the courier on or before delivery.

6. Packaging

Each leather jacket, varsity jacket, coat or suit is:

  • Inspected, steamed and checked against your order.
  • Folded with acid-free tissue paper to prevent creases.
  • Placed inside a branded garment bag.
  • Sealed in a double-wall recyclable outer carton with transparent document pouch.

7. Tracking & notifications

  1. As soon as your parcel is collected we email you the carrier name and tracking number.
  2. You can track in real time at revofits.com/apps/parcelpanel or directly on the carrier’s site.
  3. Signature on delivery is required for orders over £150 / $200. If no one is available the courier will leave a card with re-delivery or pick-up instructions.

8. Failed delivery / incorrect address

  • If you enter an incomplete or incorrect address we must charge the actual re-shipping cost before resending.
  • Parcels returned to us as “undeliverable” qualify for a full product refund; original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the error was ours.

9. Lost or delayed packages

A parcel is considered lost if tracking shows no movement for:

  • UK – 7 calendar days after dispatch.
  • International – 14 calendar days after dispatch.

Contact us at info@revofits.com and we will open a carrier investigation. If the parcel is confirmed lost we will send a free replacement or full refund, your choice.

10. Public holidays & peak-season disclaimer

During Black-Friday, Christmas and national holidays carriers may add 1–3 extra days. We post cut-off dates on the banner of our homepage.
